Isshinryu Karate Classes
A traditional Isshinryu Karate class where the student will learn, self discipline, focus, patients, overall improve physical fitness, and many other benefits all in a Christian atmosphere.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 5:30pm – 6:30 pm
ADULTS (AGE 13+)

Kumite Classes
(age 13+, under 13 by Sensei permission only)
Come and practice new Kumite techniques and put them to work. This class is open to any martial artist from any dojo or style with permission from a Oneheart Dojo Instructor.

Open Workouts
(age 8+, under 8 by
Sensei permission only)
These classes provide extra time for students to catch up on missed classes or just to get more dojo practice time. Classes are considered open which means students are expected to work seriously on there own without horseplay however there is an Instructor present to help in any way and new lessons can be taught by permission of Sensei.

Kickbox Aerobics
This aerobics class is for the beginner or advanced and involves aerobics exercises that incorporate Isshinryu Karate techniques that can be used in self defense situations.
